Procedure

Twelve steps, every time

    Cleanse

    Thoroughly cleanse the treatment area.

    Document & Diagnose

    Record the diagnosis and take before pictures.

  3. 3

    Apply Topical Anaesthetic

    Numb the area for a comfortable treatment.

  4. 4

    Maintain Sterility

    Glove up and prepare sterile equipment.

  5. 5

    Disinfect Treatment Area

    Disinfect skin immediately before needling.

  6. 6

    Insert Cartridge

    Fit a new, sealed EO-sterilized cartridge.

  7. 7

    Select Needle Depth

    Dial in depth per the regional protocol table.

  8. 8

    Select Speed

    Choose the speed setting for the region.

  9. 9

    Treat the Area

    Work the treatment area with vertical needling.

  10. 10

    Follow Treatment Direction

    Follow the directional face-map pattern.

  11. 11

    Ice Pack & Rest

    Cool the skin and allow the patient to rest.

  12. 12

    After Care & Pictures

    Apply follow-on protocols and take after pictures.

Maturation

20 days – 24 months

Collagen replacement, maturation type III → I

Post-treatment expectations

  • Spot bleeding can be expected during treatment; skin may feel warm for 1–3 days
  • A pinkish glow appears immediately post treatment — with no epidermal tearing
  • Peeling or flaking may occur in 3–5 days; do not pick or scratch, use moisturizer
